Andrea Cuff is a board-certified Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with deep experience caring for medically complex patients. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, her path to medicine began after college when she worked as a personal trainer and physical therapy aide — and found she could help patients feel better, move more and live a healthier, happier life. She returned to school and completed her Nurse Practitioner degree at Yale University in 2011.

Andrea followed her passion to the Southwest, spending eight years at the Navajo Nation Indian Health Service and four years in VA home-based primary care — experiences that shaped her commitment to relationship-centered medicine individualized to every patient. She views medicine as a partnership built on trust, and her goal is to support lasting health rather than simply treat symptoms.

Drawing on her background in personal training and her own passion for strength training and hiking, Andrea integrates a holistic approach to wellness into her practice. She believes that health extends far beyond the clinic, influenced by movement, nutrition, stress management, community support and rest — and that practicing medicine is a continual learning process, shaped as much by her patients as by her training.

Through careful listening in unrushed appointments, she gets to know her patients and is committed to supporting them in reaching their goals for lifelong health.
