As a member of Cloudberry Health, you can now view and track your health information directly from your smartphone with the new Guava app. The app organizes all your health data together - medical visits, lab results, medications, metrics (blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen weight) and more - so it’s easy to find and share when needed.

Guava can help you manage chronic illness or just improve your everyday health with personalized health insights, trends and preventive actions. The app integrates with health and fitness apps like Apple Health, Google Fit, Strava, Fitbit - even your Oura ring - to present a comprehensive view in a single, unified dashboard (see list of supported apps here). 

You can also log your symptoms and keep track of when you've taken your meds and other steps toward wellness. With all this up-to-the-minute data at your fingertips, you and your providers can better spot trends and uncover hidden correlations between your lifestyle data and symptoms.

Please accept the invitation, then get started connecting your devices and health apps, uploading your lab results and logging your lifestyle.
