Cloudberry Updates: October 2026

How to Fix the Cloudberry Contacts Tile on your iPhone
With the launch of the new Cloudberry website, the Contacts tile on your iPhone may no longer work. We have a solution!
On your iPhone, DELETE the Cloudberry icon.
Open your browser and type in cloudberry.health/contacts (you can also just click that URL from your iPhone)
When the Contacts page comes up, try the process for saving the icon again:

At the bottom of your iPhone screen, click the Share icon (the little box with the up-arrow)
From the list, click Add to Home Screen
Click Add in the upper right corner
Cloudberry app should appear on your home screen. If you're still experiencing difficulties, give us a call at 505-670-1976 and we'll give you a hand.
Farewell, Sarah Flori!
As of October 2, Sarah Flori has departed Cloudberry Health to take a position with the Santa Fe Recovery Center, where she will support its women’s residential program. This very special program is the only one in New Mexico where mothers can stay with their children while receiving care. While we are truly sad to say goodbye, we are also so happy for Sarah and proud of her as she begins this meaningful new chapter.
Sarah started out with us as a student and became our first fellow. She has cared for her patients and colleagues with such compassion, thoughtfulness, and heart and has been an important part of the Cloudberry family.
Sarah’s patients can continue their care with Certified Nurse Practitioner Andrea Cuff, who brings both extensive experience and a deeply caring approach to medicine.
Please know that we are here to support you through this change. If you would like to schedule an appointment with Andrea, you can do so through the main number 505-670-1976 or if you have specific membership questions you can reach Antonette at 505-479-1087. We will do everything we can to make this transition smooth and comfortable.
