Sunday, Oct. 5: Relax, Restore, Renew with Julia Cairns

Join local yoga teacher Julia Cairns for a two-hour session designed to create a pause in your busy life, quiet the monkey mind and reset the body and mind to the calm that lies within.


We will begin with a gentle “joints and glands” practice (developed by the Himalayan masters) to prepare the body for stillness. We’ll follow with pranayama (breath control) to relax the mind; a short, guided meditation; and Yin yoga, a gentle ‘cooling’ practice that works on our fascia, bones, joints, and ligaments. The session concludes with Yoga Nidra, the yoga of deep rest.


This class is free to Cloudberry patients and available to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. All are welcome!
