Cloudberry Updates

Cloudberry was founded on the idea that healthcare can be better: providers should be more accessible, treatment more personalized, and appointments more focused on the needs of the patient, rather than the constraints of the marketplace.

We believe the overall experience should be personalized, too - and are investing in our leadership team with training at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School as well as with specialized Hospitality training for healthcare.

New Roles

Welcome Antonette Lopez! Antonette comes to us with more than 10 year’s experience in concierge medicine. She will serve as Dr. Child’s care coordinator as well as Cloudberry’s administrative director.

Connor Steelman, RN, joins the Cloudberry team as Dr. Goodman’s care coordinator, while continuing her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Care Teams

You’ll notice some new processes in place at Cloudberry: We’ve organized our practice into care teams with a care coordinator in the lead to support communications and all the other details that combine to create a personalized healthcare experience. Please contact the care coordinator supporting your provider for questions, scheduling, prescriptions, and lab orders. (For emergencies, dial 911 and then contact your provider immediately.)
